SALTT in its general form, is a way of organising ideas. More specifically, SALTT has the application of assisting mental wellbeing.
SALTT was initially developed by and for a single user (“Patient-Zero”) to support recovery from mental and long-term illness and is presented primarily to others primarily for that purpose; of course the exploration of other “off-label” uses are encouraged. In itself, SALTT is not intended to be a clinical application. Rather, it serves to complement any personal or assisted recovery strategies by providing relief at the “life-style” areas.
